Online Return Policy

In the event that your Soodee.com order does not meet your expectations, exchanges or returns are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of your delivered purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be accepted for refund.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return/exchange to be processed back to your original form of payment.  Returns on discounted items are eligible for exchange or store credit (issued by email) only.

Jewelry and items marked as "final sale" are FINAL SALE: no returns or store credit will be issued.  *This online return policy is for online purchases only; it does not apply to in-store purchases (see below for in-store return policy).

To process the return, please follow these 3 steps: 

1. Please submit your Online Return Form below to request a refund, and we will assign you a tracking number. (Or, you may email us directly info@soodee.com). 

2. Mail your returned item to:

In-Store Return Policy
Returns of merchandise must be within 7 days and must be accompanied by an original receipt.
All returns must be unworn and unused. If we are unable to provide satisfactory replacement of returned merchandise, a store credit will be issued.
Sales Items
All sales are final. Items on sale, clearance, or identified as "Final Sale" are not
returnable, and there will be no price adjustments on previous prices.
Damaged Items 
We are unable to accept exchanges on items damaged while worn or shrunk in the wash.
